Labor Day.

Every time I do it, I swear I'll never do it again. But then summer comes and I get the itch. I must make pulled pork again! There is something about making pulled pork yourself that makes it sooo much better. Or maybe I'm just the grillmaster. Who knows? But all I can say is that getting up at 5am to get these babies going was well worth it. And the homemade sauce (ummm, with pulverized bacon) wasn't too bad either.



Oh yeah, there was other food too. First BBQ in SF: Success!
